For me, my camera is the Device of choice for those moments when I'm "in-between" projects. It is a great tool that helps me document and oftentimes be more engaged in the moment. I carry my Canon PowerShot with me everywhere. Like a sketchbook, it's my way of capturing the multiplexity of how I and others move through this "medium".
When "I'm on it", the resulting images of those moments within moments reveal the medium that the entire universe moves through. There are moments, just like in my doodle drawing where I loose myself to something greater. Key to this, I move my camera through space like a brush moves across canvas. No longer stationary, both me and the Device move in harmony with the rhythm of time. That is why I photograph.
